Visit SMILE Mass’ delightful, handicap-accessible beachfront condo in Truro, MA – right on the beach! Our stunning first-floor gem will become your little slice of heaven on the shores of Cape Cod with accessibility that allows accessibility to occur for any family who travels with loved ones with disabilities. Our condo boasts incredible ocean views from every window and is just 75 feet from the beach.  Sleeping six, with a private beach, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and parking for up to four vehicles.

Specially designed to be handicap-accessible, this unique home features a fully equipped kitchen with convenient amenities such as a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The accessibility provides extra space in the bathroom and floor plan in general. This home was created based on the universal design principles to create an aesthetically pleasing space with a few small tweaks for guests using a wheelchair for mobility.  

Enjoy our recently renovated first-floor bathroom, complete with a roll-in shower and adjustable queen-size bed. The main living area also features a queen sleep sofa and sliders that walk out onto a private, expansive, and accessible deck. The second bedroom is spacious and airy, with a newly updated bathroom with a stand-up shower. 

You’ll have plenty of fun in the sun with the provided kayaks and floating beach wheelchair, while outdoor storage is perfect for all your beach toys. 

Enjoy the beach activities and moonlight walks, making unforgettable memories. Sunday to Sunday rentals during your stay will give you ample time to relax and enjoy the seaside. We’re thrilled to have you stay with us!

We’ll definitely be back next year and hopefully for years to come!       Handicapped Accessible Townhouse on the Ocean It’s hard to believe we found this handicapped-accessible townhouse on the ocean in Truro, Cape Cod. I have a daughter in a wheelchair, and it was the first time I could take her on vacation with us in a long time. This unit came with a roll-in shower with a shower chair and abed that you could remotely elevate. It also came with a floating beach wheelchair that could go right into the ocean. My daughter loved just floating in the ocean. Thanks to Smile Mass for making this vacation possible.
